This is the first translation into English of a selection of poetry by the Spanish writer Francisco Brines. Undertaken in collaboration with the poet, it contains work from the 1960s to the 1990s and includes a memoir of Brines by the English novelist Rufus Gunn. The text is in English/Spanish throughout and production of the book was subsidised by the Spanish Ministry of Culture.
